I was tagged by Julian & Co.

Fellow designer and friend Tania of Julian & Co., also-one of our great mom-made designers, tagged me this weekend. I have to admit, I was nervous because I haven't played tag since doing some team building in college. But this kind of tag sounded like more fun.  Bonus- no sweating involved!

I've also been toying with the idea of being a little more personal on this blog, so I guess here's as good a place as any to start.

Here are 7 facts that I'm not sure you know about me:
1. I grew up in Midland Park, New Jersey.
2. I have 2 brothers and a sister (who is 13) and 14 1st cousins on one side. I'm #1 in both bunches.
3. I have a degree in Social Work from this school, and worked as a Child Welfare Investigator (the people who remove kids) as my first real job.

4. I have been married for 7 years to my college sweetheart. We got married 2 weeks after my graduation here. We have two sweet boys.

5. My parents live here, and we try to get there every summer for a few weeks. Although I am not a fan of sand or salt water, there is nothing like a walk by the sea. 

6. Although I'm crafty, I DO NOT scrapbook. You're shocked, I know. Something's got to give.

7. I have passport stamps from Mozambique, England, Holland, and a few from South Africa. Someday, hopefully soon, I want to go back to Africa as a family.
